Johnson’s JellyBeans Tutoring Services

Welcome to Johnson’s JellyBeans Tutoring Services. We provide personalized, one on one tutoring for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Our tutoring supports students when learning feels hard, overwhelming, or frustrating, both academically and emotionally.

Tutoring is flexible and built around each student’s needs. Some families choose one session per week. Others need more support for a period of time. Sessions are often one hour, but longer or more intensive support is available when needed and based on availability. We also offer homeschool style support for families who need consistent help during the school day.

All lessons are intentional and standards based, no matter what state you live in. Parents receive lesson plans and session notes through Google Slides so they can clearly see what skills are being worked on, how instruction is happening, and how progress is being tracked. Transparency matters, and families are always kept informed.

Mrs. Johnson makes learning engaging and personal while focusing on the skills a student needs to grow. Lessons are customized and may include games, social stories, crafts, hands on activities, and individually created worksheets that target specific areas of need. When possible, student interests are included to increase motivation and connection.

Tutoring is data driven. Progress is monitored and used to guide instruction and adjust strategies. Collaboration with parents and educators is always welcome and strongly encouraged, because the more we know, the more we can help.

Tutoring is available online or in person for families located in or near Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Rate: $25 per hour
